The customers has to manage their confidentiality of the account like the identification number, emails or passwords regardless of whether these have been provided by Real Yacht Experience or selected by the user. All activities carried out with your account such as purchases, updates, queries, requests, among others, will be your sole responsibility.

Shopping Cart:
At the moment of selecting a trip, it will automatically be add to the shopping cart. The shopping cart is indicative and does not represent a quote or a commitment to maintain the price.
Changes:
Real Yacht Experience reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice by posting the modified terms on the website www.realyachtexperience.com. The design, presentation or configuration, registration requirements or use of the website may also be modified in the same way, without this generating the right to claim or indemnify in favor of the user.
It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the www.realyachtexperience.com website after changes have been made to these Terms and Conditions will mean that you accept those changes.
Payments:
On the website www.realyachtexperience.com, the Real Yacht Experience virtual store, the user can make the payment using the options they prefer. You will be able to pay through Shopify, Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards.
For each transaction approved through our payment platform, you will receive a receipt of the transaction with the purchase reference at the email address you indicated when registering the user account. For payments by credit/debit card, the platform will carry out a feasibility study of the transaction. In case it throws an alert, the transaction will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policies:
Trip cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event and will take place at a cost of 4% of the value of the deposit corresponding to the fee for the transaction. Any cancellation will have to be reported via email to realyachtexperience@gmail.com informing the reason and attaching the cancellation support.
- If there is any risk to the safety of the tour, Real Yacht Experience may reschedule the trip in agreement with the client.
- If the trip is canceled on the day of the event, the client must assume the cost of the captain since availability must be recognized. The value depends on the size of the boat but ranges from 40 to 50 USD per hour.
- If you are interested in changing your reservation for the size of the boat or the trip you can make the upgrade payment for the change of conditions.
- The trip may be canceled unilaterally by Real Yacht Experience if the number of passengers exceeds the maximum number allowed by the trip. This information is previously sent to the client who knows the safety regulations of the trip. In that case, the penalty of the captain's fees will be charged.

Liability policies
- It is the responsibility of the person who reserves the trip to inform the data of the people who participate in the event. If there are minors, inform in advance the sizes for the vests and any medical condition that is relevant to the Real Yacht Experience.
- The yacht's bathroom will be enabled for the use of the occupants, however, it is recommended not to dispose of any item in the toilet. Prior to the end of the trip, the conditions of the bathroom will be reviewed if there is blockage, the corresponding value will be charged to the person who made the reservation.
